1. Nature of the website
Novatrixpk is an informational and editorial project. It publishes readings, glossaries and short reflections about real estate crowdlending and housing. It does not offer, mediate or execute any financial, banking, brokerage, investment or real-estate transaction.
2. No advice
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment or real-estate advice. All content is generic, addressed to a wide audience, and cannot be relied upon for any personal decision. Always consult a professional authorised in your country before taking a financial or legal decision.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the website in good faith, without attempting to scrape it in a disruptive way, without submitting unlawful content through the contact form and without impersonating third parties. Novatrixpk may block access to anyone who materially breaks these rules.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, layout, illustrations, photographs used under licence and the Novatrixpk name and mark are protected by copyright and trademark law. Personal, non-commercial reading is allowed. Republishing, mirroring or commercial reuse requires our prior written permission.
5. Links to third parties
The site may link to external resources. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
6. Contact form
The contact form is provided as a courtesy. It is not a legally binding channel and does not create any commercial relationship. We reply when possible and are not obliged to answer every message.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be brought before the competent civil courts of Ciudad de México, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules assign a different forum.
