Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 January 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Novatrixpk Editorial S.C. ("Novatrixpk", "we") handles personal information collected through the website novatrixpk.com. It reflects the requirements of the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) as applicable in 2026, as well as widely accepted international practices for informational websites.
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is Novatrixpk Editorial S.C., a civil society registered in Mexico City with tax ID (RFC) NED220914Q47 and registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, piso 14, Colonia Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico. For any privacy-related question you can write to editorial@novatrixpk.com.
2. What information we collect
Novatrixpk is an informational website. We do not open accounts, do not process payments and do not run KYC procedures. The only personal data we may receive are the fields you voluntarily provide in the contact form (name, email address, message content) and the technical metadata that any web server records (IP address, approximate region, browser, timestamp).
3. Purpose of processing
We use the contact-form data exclusively to read your message and, if appropriate, respond by email. Technical logs are kept for operational security and to detect abusive traffic. If you consent through the cookie banner, aggregated data may also be used to measure audience size and to attribute visits from Google Ads campaigns.
4. Legal basis
Processing takes place on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 8 LFPDPPP) for optional cookies and messaging, and on the basis of legitimate operational interest for strictly necessary logs. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Retention periods
Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months from the last exchange. Technical server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Consent choices are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and only for as long as you keep them.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. We rely on a small number of processors that host the website and, when you consent, on Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited for measurement and advertising services (Google Ads, Google Consent Mode v2). International transfers to the United States and the European Union take place under the standard contractual clauses published by those providers.
7. Your rights (ARCO and beyond)
Under Mexican law you have the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as the right to limit or revoke consent. To exercise them, send a signed request together with an official ID copy to editorial@novatrixpk.com. We respond within 20 working days.
8. Security
Novatrixpk applies reasonable technical and organisational measures — TLS encryption in transit, access control, and periodic reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but the amount of personal data we handle is intentionally minimal.
9. Children
The website is not directed to minors under 15. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this document to reflect changes in the law, our services or our processors. The date at the top of the policy always indicates the current version.
